CEO/Founder
Dr. Larson (she/any) is a physician and consultant with over 15 years' experience in LGBTQ+ leadership, advocacy, and gender-affirming care. Her mission is to support medical organizations in creating affirming and inclusive cultures, policies, practices, and communities that affirm, attract, and retain queer and trans patients and employees.
She is an expert in gender-affirming care. In addition to her advocacy work, she is known for having founded, directed, and provided care for a gender care program for a 1500+ clinician medical group. She has been widely praised for expanding gender-affirming care across multiple health systems within Minnesota, for providing training to hundreds of medical and behavioral health colleagues and trainees, and for speaking publicly at international events to educate physicians.
