Cultivate Pride is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ and allied health professionals by fostering a supportive community where they can thrive authentically. Our mission is to cultivate an environment where health professionals can lead with pride, be true to themselves, and inspire future generations of LGBTQ+ healthcare providers.
Fall 2025 retreat
Overview
We are excited to host our first ever retreat! Our retreat is designed to provide a space for healing, rest, and connection in the face of politically challenging times we are navigating. We believe in the power of community support to restore strength, foster resilience, and inspire continued advocacy for both our patients and ourselves. This retreat offers an opportunity to unwind, recharge, and deepen bonds with fellow professionals, while reflecting on the importance fo self-care and collective healing.
Safe Space
This retreat is a safe, trauma-informed space where trans, queer, and allied participants can feel supported, respected, and empowered to heal, connect, and grow together
Rest and Decompress
This retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary for you to truly rest and decompress, away from the stresses of everyday life. With ample time for relaxation, reflection, and rejuvenation, you'll have the opportunity to unwind in a serene environment, letting go of the weight of external pressures. Whether through quiet moments of solitude or shared, calming activities, this is your chance to recharge both mentally and physically, so you can return to the world feeling refreshed and renewed

At this retreat, we believe in the power of building meaningful connections and fostering a strong sense of community. Through shared experiences, open dialogue, and collaborative activities, you'll have the chance to bond with like-minded individuals who understand the importance of support, growth, and advocacy. Together, we’ll create a space where trust, respect, and solidarity thrive, helping to strengthen the foundation of our collective journey and deepen our sense of belonging. It’s a chance to not only meet others but to build lasting relationships that inspire and uplift.
Adolescent Gender-Affirming Care
Clinical Foundations for a Shifting Landscape
This course is designed for medical professionals committed to providing gender-affirming care for adolescents in states where it remains legal and protected. With increasing legislative restrictions forcing many experienced medical professionals to not be able to provide care to patients in their states, this training offers evidence-based guidance, clinical best practices, and ethical frameworks to ensure that youth continue to receive the life-saving care they need. Whether you're expanding your scope or stepping up in response to urgent gaps in access, this course will prepare you to provide compassionate, informed, and affirming care in a challenging environment.
