Feb 2026 Retreat

Our inaugural retreat

Join us for a weekend of rest, connection, and healing—created by and for LGBTQ+ clinicians and allies. In a time when so many of us are carrying heavy loads, this retreat offers space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what keeps us going.

Co-led by a badass nonbinary psychologist and queer physician, this gathering is all about community care, shared wisdom, and recharging together. Whether you're feeling burned out, fired up, or somewhere in between—you belong here.

Come as you are. Leave grounded, supported, and inspired.

Healing and Resilience

Offer a restorative space for grounding and recovery from political, professional and personal stress.

Connection

Cultivate meaningful relationships among peers who share values, identity and lived experience.

Skill Building

Strengthen skills and embodied strategies needed to lead with authenticity - through grounding practices, refocusing energy and making space for joy along the way.

Clinician Wellbeing

Prioritize self-care as essential for sustainable healing work and community care.

Location

Discover Bodega Bay: A Place to Recharge, Reflect, and Reconnect 🌲

Tucked along the rugged Northern California coast, Bodega Bay is a hidden gem where dramatic cliffs meet the Pacific Ocean and rolling green hills cradle quiet coves. Just 90 minutes from San Francisco, this seaside escape offers breathtaking sunsets, miles of coastal trails, fresh local seafood, and that calming ocean air that reminds you to slow down and just be. Whether you're walking the beach, gathering around a firepit, or watching harbor seals play in the surf, Bodega Bay offers the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and be fully yourself, surrounded by beauty and community.
